Dr. Rahul Razdan, CEO
Rahul has over 20 years executive management experience in a variety of roles in sales, R&D, and marketing. Most recently, he has been involved with two successful technology startup exists at PwrLite (Board Member) and WiPower (CEO). Previously, he worked at Cadence Design Systems where he served as Corporate VP of the Functional Verification Business Unit, growing the division to over $250 Million a year in sales. While at Cadence he also served as a consultant to the executive staff on Mergers and Acquisitions and Strategic Partnerships. Rahul's electronic design background includes key contributions to the design and development of the Alpha CPU while at Digital Equipment Corporation. He has authored numerous technical papers and is named on 24 issued patents. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Harvard University, and an MS in Computer Engineering and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University. |

Satish Kambalimath, Vice President Marketing & Business Development
Satish has over 20 years of management experience in the Semiconductor, and Electronic Design Automation Industry. He has held senior management roles at AT&T, Lucent's Bell Labs and as head of Worldwide Sales and Business development for the Systems and Functional Verification Business Unit at Cadence Design Systems. While at Cadence he grew the Systems business to $100 Million. Most recently, Satish co-founded and was Chief Operating Officer of a RFID Solutions company Transpond Global Solutions. He is a Charter Member at the TIE Austin Chapter, and serves on the Board of Pragathi, an Austin based non-profit organization. He holds a Masters degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, and Bachelor's degree in Electronics from University of Mysore, India. |

Dr. Gabriel Bischoff, Architect
Gabriel has over 20 years of technical leadership experience in the area of integrated circuit and microprocessor validation. At Digital Equipment Corporation, Compaq Computer Corporation and more recently Intel Corporation, he pioneered sequential formal equivalence verification for the logic verification of microprocessors and integrated circuits. He has authored or co-authored more than 15 technical papers and is named on 3 issued patents. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, and a Diploma of Engineer from the Ecole Centrale de Lyon, France. |

Robert L’Heureux, Technical Advisor
Robert has over 25 years developing and bringing to market leading edge Product Lifecycle Management solutions, building strategic alliance partnerships to create leading-edge PLM architectures for global clients. He has defined software solutions to integrate electronic design automation and supply chain activities, leveraging expertise in leading-edge collaboration-enabling technologies to provide strategic insight and competitive differentiation to companies facing the increasing pressures of product life-cycle management in today’s global environment. He was a key contributor to the development, rollout and growth to number one market position for one of the first commercial PLM systems. Most recently he was World Wide Solution Executive for IBM Rational’s Systems Engineering Solutions. Prior to IBM Robert was a Director at Cadence Design Systems and has over 10 years in industry consulting with IBM Global Business Services, PricewaterhouseCoopers (Coopers & Lybrand’s, Center for Operations Technology). He holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Computer Science from Boston College, Carroll School of Management. |

Jim Geschke, Industry Advisor
Jim Geschke has served as president of Waterland LLC since 2007. Waterland provides consulting services in the areas of corporate strategy and business development and also works with inventors and entrepreneurs to commercialize new technologies. Jim has served in various senior executive roles at Johnson Controls, Prince Corporation, Kantus and Chrysler Corporation. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He earned a master’s of business administration degree, with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Detroit-Mercy in 1990. He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers, and holds six patents for interior electronics and electrical products. He has served on the Convergence Transportation Electronics Association Board, Brandmotion Board and on the Executive Board for the Consumer Electronics Association. |
